RED STAR LIVE - ONE DAY MINI BLUES FEST

Saturday April 30th - Music starts at 3PM
6 of Florida's top blues acts perform a one day mini-fest in support of a Foundation dedicated to a cause close to their hearts - helping children experience the joy of music. Frank Bang (former guitarist for the legendary Buddy Guy) and his band headlines bringing his rocking Chicago blues show to the stage with special guest renown guitarist rising blues/rock star Shaw Davis. Also performing Billboard charting blues/rock artist Alex Lopez and The Xpress, emerging blues standout The David Julia band, and the consummate blues showman Docta D and The Powers that B...With Fox Maple performing acoustically during intermission. One stage and one incredible day of music

IN SUPPORT OF THE TABARRINI FOUNDATION
To honor their late, music loving father, the Tabarrini family set up the Lewis P. Tabarrini Children's Music Outreach Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide instruments and lessons to those children who do not have the means to do so. Lew believed that a boy or girl with an instrument in their hands is less likely to get into trouble, and he personally provided more than one child with their very first musical instrument. The Lewis P. Tabarrini Children's Music Outreach Foundation's goal is to change children's lives one guitar at a time.
