Steve Arvey began his career playing the Chicago blues circuit during the 70’s. During that period he shared the stage with many of the legendary blues masters from the Windy City. Now living in Florida, Steve is a fixture at major festivals and venues throughout the South, Europe and the Caribbean and has been on several world tours. He is also considered by many to be one of the top cigar box guitar players in the world today.
Memphis Lightning is known for their explosive stage show and high octane Americana, Blues, Roots and Rock n Roll. Featuring Grammy nominated Darren "Big Red" Thiboutot on bass and drums and the tremendously talented "Lightning" on guitar(who Jimmy Vaughn called one of blues best!) they have recorded and performed with some of blues most legendary artists. Their performance will bring you back to when Juke Joints were rockin' and the Blues was King.
Alex Lopez and The Xpress: Critics have called Alex Lopez "A powerful instrumentalist, a first-class songwriter capable of revitalizing the blues for a new generation". Alex blends blues, rock, pop and even funk to create a blues sound that is uniquely mesmerizing within a framework of melodic memorable songs. Alex's album "Slowdown" was hailed as one of 2017's best by Europe's Blues Magazine and his latest album "Yours Truly me" reached #6 on the blues radio charts. In addition Alex, with his world-class band the Xpress, is renown for their high-energy and audience engaging shows.
